Performance Test Engineer (LoadRunner)Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires an experienced Performance Test Engineer (LoadRunner Engineer) to be based at their client''s office in Glasgow.This is a hybrid role: you can work remotely in the UK and attend the Glasgow office 3 days per week.This is a 6 month temporary contract to start ASAPDay rate: Competitive Market rateThe Senior Performance Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring that applications and platforms meet performance, scalability, stability, and reliability requirements under expected and peak workload conditions. The role requires extensive experience with LoadRunner/Performance Centre, strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies, and the ability to work closely with business, architecture, development, and infrastructure teams to identify and mitigate performance risks early in the delivery life cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand performance test requirements and prepare test planCreate and update performance test scripts and test dataAble to conduct performance test execution and analyze the test resultsAble to identify Performance bottlenecks and effectively communicate the performance risks to respective project teamPrepare Performance Test Summary reportIdentify risk and issues, and develop effective mitigation and contingency plansProduce daily and weekly status reportsCapture performance test metricsResponsible for keeping knowledge repositories up to ..... full job details .....
