Performance Marketing Executive Salary: £29,146 - £33,748 per annum Contractual hours: 37.5 Basis: Permanent, Full time Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid search and social media campaigns, ensuring that marketing strategies are delivered effectively to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions. Key Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of products, competitors, industry trends, and marketing objectives. Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns in line with business goals. Design and deliver paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Use data and analytics tools to gain insights into user behaviour and campaign performance. Build and manage lead nurturing campaigns (e.g., email, SMS) to support conversion and lead quality. Monitor and report on campaign performance against agreed KPIs, including traffic, conversions, and ROI. Collaborate with Sales teams to gather feedback on lead quality and refine campaign strategies. Manage advertising budgets to ensure spend is aligned with strategy.
