Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will lead a team of HR professionals, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle whilst driving continuous improvement, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness. The Role As People Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people strategies that support organisational objectives. You will lead on complex employee relations matters, workforce planning, organisational change and people management initiatives whilst ensuring HR best practice and employment law compliance are consistently applied.
