About the roleAre you passionate about improving the employee experience through smart systems, data, and processes? We''re looking for a People Systems Partner to join our growing People team. In this role, you''ll be the critical link between People operations, technology, and data – ensuring our systems run smoothly and support the full employee lifecycle. You’ll work cross-functionally with People, IT, and business leaders to optimize our people platforms, enhance reporting capabilities, and support key projects like system implementations, process automation, and compliance.
What you’ll do
Act as the subject matter expert for all HR systems
Drive system improvements, integrations, and automations to improve efficiency and accuracy
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to manage system configurations, permissions, and workflows
Support the implementation and roll-out of new tools or system modules
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support People analytics and compliance
Train People team members and managers on system usage and best practices
Ensure data integrity and support audits through regular system maintenance and checks
Lead or support change management and communication efforts related to systems and processes
Who you are
Experience with system implementations or upgrades
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to drive continuous improvement
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and passionate about people and culture
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable managing system configuration and data
