Reporting to the EMEA Vice President of People, you will be a key member of the East Grinstead Leadership Team and the sole HR lead on site.You will partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into effective people and organisational plans. This broad, influential role covers strategic workforce planning, talent and succession, leadership development, performance, reward, organisational effectiveness, employee relations and cultural change.Working closely with People colleagues and specialist teams across Europe, India and the UK, including Derby and Bristol, you will deliver a consistent and effective people service for leaders and employees.
