You will be key to fostering a positive Employee Relations climate, providing expert advice to managers across the business, improving employee engagement and business performance. You will lead on employee relations cases, delivering training and coaching to reduce future ER issues and contribute to People projects, continuous improvement and nurturing emerging talent. You will provide vital support to the Senior People Partners, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives. You will partner directly with our operations teams across the SGN patch, working out of your closest location primarily. We deliver safety, warmth, and comfort to homes and businesses.
