Overview

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (38.75 hours per week). Location: London and South East, UK. Hybrid working with travel to branches across various locations (at least 3 days on the road).Role

We are seeking an experienced

People Partner

to provide strategic and operational HR support across the South East and London regions of the UK. Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you will work closely with operational leaders to drive people strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the achievement of business objectives.Responsibilities

Support in the delivery of the Group People Strategy in line with the Company’s vision and values.Act as a Business Partner for the business, delivering pragmatic, commercial and people-centric solutions while managing risk within regulatory and legal frameworks.Coach and support managers in addressing complex people-related issues.Partner with leaders to lead large change programs to help the business scale and address opportunities and challenges for their teams.Deliver key People Initiatives across the People Spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and review, employee engagement and performance management.Support the implementation of performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting reviews, and providing feedback.Lead and support organisational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to changes and ensuring smooth transitions.Drive data-led decision-making through the use of People reporting capability.Requirements / Qualifications

Evidenced experience in a People Partner or similar role.Policy development, process review/design, and continuous improvement methods.Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate individuals.Understanding of TUPE, restructuring, and redundancy.Ability to define, scope and deliver complex people change.Experience delivering programmes designed by People Centres of Excellence.Understanding of FCA and CMA regulations is desirable.Experience working collaboratively.What we offer
