This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative HR team at an important stage in the organisation''s development, supporting the implementation of a new people strategy.Working closely with senior leaders across scientific and operational functions, you will provide strategic and practical people support while leading key initiatives across talent, engagement, workforce planning and organisational development.Key responsibilities:Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, acting as a performance coach and strategic adviserPartner with specialist HR teams to deliver talent, succession, engagement and wider people initiativesUse workforce data and analytics to provide meaningful insights that support decision-makingLead and develop People Advisors, promoting collaboration and continuous improvementManage complex and sensitive employee relations mattersSupport workforce planning, headcount management and organisational change activityOversee the people elements of business cases, team restructures and closure plansLead projects and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and consistencyAbout youYou will be an established HR generalist with significant experience at People/HR Business Partner level within a large or complex organisation.Further required ..... full job details .....
