This is an exciting opportunity to work within a values-led organisation that places people at the centre of its strategy and service delivery.Supporting senior leaders across the business, you will play a key role in shaping workforce initiatives, driving organisational change and helping to create a high-performing and inclusive culture.Your new roleAs a People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing expert strategic and operational HR support across a range of workforce matters. Partnering with key stakeholders, you will help deliver people strategies that support organisational objectives and ensure the workforce remains engaged, capable and effective.Key responsibilities will include:Providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance cases.Leading and supporting organisational change programmes, restructures, workforce redesign and TUPE projects.Coaching and influencing senior managers to build leadership and people management capability.Using workforce data and insights to identify trends and drive evidence-based decision-making.Developing and embedding people-focused initiatives that improve organisational performance.Building effective relationships with Trade ..... full job details .....
