This role is integral in creating and implementing data-driven people solutions that foster a high-performance culture and empower both managers and employees.Key Responsibilities:Provide a full generalist people service, leveraging influential relationships to coach and challenge managers to achieve outcomes aligned with legislation and best practises.Manage the delivery of people initiatives and cyclical work, including pay awards and engagement surveys, ensuring alignment with business priorities.Collaborate with Strategic People Business Partners on workforce planning, succession and talent management, supporting leaders in resourcing efforts.Coach and develop managers in effective people practises, enabling them to deliver excellent services to customers.Support leaders in navigating the performance management cycle, ensuring continuous feedback and effective reviews to reflect the capabilities of colleagues.Reduce employee relations casework by coaching leaders in managing attendance issues, disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals, while promoting learning from each case.Lead and support business change initiatives to enhance efficiency and value for money, managing reorganisations and restructures as needed.Utilise data analysis ..... full job details .....
