Our local authority client based in Watford are urgently seeking an experienced People Partrner. Remote working £21.45 an hour PAYE Role Purpose Providing expert guidance and solutions on complex people-related matters within an assigned nation or region, including employee relations, TUPE processes, support for tenders, and delivery of people management training, to enable the achievement of business objectives. In this role, you''ll be responsible and accountable for: Provide a first-class service of generic HR advice and coaching to enable leaders and managers to fulfil their people related responsibilities. Utilising best practice and insight gained from continued learning to provide pragmatic and informed solutions and ideas, applied within an understanding of the operating context of the customer. Sourcing and utilising existing data to produce quantitative and qualitative analysis, including trends and other insights that provide evidence and or a factual basis to enable decisions and actions to be pursued. Working collaboratively and engagingly with senior management to provide professional and detailed knowledge, advice, insight and coaching for managers in the specialisms of resourcing, outsourcing, reward management, performance management and to resolve complex employee relations cases.
