People Experience Coordinator - 6 month fixed term

How you’ll make an impactAs we grow at a rapid pace at Xero, we need to ensure the PX support we provide remains human and world class while being scalable. In the role of PX Coordinator you will be involved in providing exceptional advice and administrative support, and assisting the PX team in transforming our systems, tools and processes to continue to help PX succeed as we scale for growth globally.This role reports directly into the PXSS Team Lead. You will work closely with other global coordinators, the PXSS Lead who works on projects and transformation, and the PXSS Manager who oversees the team. You''ll also partner with the wider PX team, including PX Partnering, Talent, OD, Change, and Remuneration and Benefits.As our process and coordination guru, you will be responsible for providing PX administration and coordination support across the Xero business. Our Shared Services team is constantly growing and changing, and you''ll play a key role in helping to shape its future.This role incorporates a broad range of support duties to make sure that we are providing a beautiful experience for all Xero employees.Please note, this will be a 6 month fixed term contract in a hybrid setting to either our London or Milton Keynes office.What you’ll doAssist in delivering first tier human resource support on queries from the business and PX within our Jira Service Management (JSM) platform and via SlackManaging and administering add, moves and changes including:The new starter processPreparation of employment offersEnsuring all necessary new starter paperwork is completed accurately in time for relevant payroll deadlinesConfirming eligibility to work in countries offers are madeBackground checksMaintaining personnel filesMaintaining all new starter reporting/trackingManaging the PX Xero onboarding and coordinate the induction process in your regionDraft, send and process employee changes/movementsAdministering and maintaining HRIS and recruitment systems - Workday and LeverWork closely with pay team, internal IT and Workplace Experience to answer employee change related queriesSupport the education of the business to self-service where practicable and encourage this in a human wayProactively identify opportunities for improvement across Shared ServicesCreating purchase orders and processing invoicesAssist in the development/updating of human resource procedures and policies in Helpcentre and ConfluenceProviding first-line support to people leaders, employees and PX partnering in relation to HR processSupporting the administration of all annual people processes (salary reviews, etc.)Contributing to PX projects such as the new employee induction programs, self service, new benefit initiatives, etcKeeping up to date on developments in human resources practices, employment legislation, and sharing of knowledge within the teamSuccess looks like

Proven experience in an admin/coordinator/service roleGood understanding of Google applications (Gmail, Hangouts, Docs, Sheets, Drive)Proven ability to deal with confidential information with discretionExposure to HR or finance systems experience preferred (not essential)An appropriate HR qualification or relevant HR experience preferred (not essential)Rockstar administration skillsProactive, ‘can-do’ attitude, exceptionally self-motivated and directedExcellent interpersonal skills and relationship building, including the ability to communicate with people at all levels, both in writing and in person.Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive natureAbility to juggle and multi-task under tight deadlinesProven ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on great outcomes for our internal ..... full job details .....
