Working from our London HQ, you’ll play an important role in bringing Snapchat’s brand to life across EMEA. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors to plan, produce, and deliver impactful events and experiences.What you’ll do

Support the GBX Director in London and GBX team across EMEA with the management of events, experiences and partnerships across multiple marketsCoordinate project trackers, complex timelines and budgets to support all initiativesThink outside of the box to bring Snap to life, spark interest and creativity and partner closely with cross-functional teamsCollaborate with the close-knit GBX team and key stakeholders to share creative concepts, develop ideas, and support company-wide initiativesCapture campaign results and support the measurement of performance, preparing regular reports, presentations and documents for cross-functional teamsProvide logistical and administrative support to the GBX Director in London and GBX team across EMEA including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing vendor paymentsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Event ExperienceExtremely detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with teams at all levelsAnalytical and creative mindsetAbility to initiate and drive projects to completionWork independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentStrong work ethic and ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and deadlinesMust be flexible and willing to travel as neededMinimum Qualifications
