People and Culture ManagerAre you an HR professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Manager to join the team at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden, London.The role offers a salary of £47,500 per annum plus the opportunity to earn 10% of salary based on business and personal performance. You will also have the opportunity to work as part of De Vere''s wider People and Culture team, with regular team meetings to share best practice and learning opportunities.As the People and Culture Manager, you will work as part of the property''s management team to drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture. With the support of a People and Culture Coordinator, you will collaborate with the General Manager and senior team to review and deliver the People business plan aligned with De Vere''s Group HR strategy. Key responsibilities include supporting colleagues, recruitment activities, and coaching Heads of Department to optimize their teams through effective people practices.Your skills and experience:

You have previous HR experience, ideally from an events venue, hotel, or hospitality environmentExperience delivering group training sessions and inductionsConfident in influencing senior colleagues and passionate about communicating best HR practiceYou have a bright and warm personality, with an intuitive and adaptable approachBenefits:
