People and Culture Assistant

Job Title: People and Culture Assistant Team: People and Culture Location: London, Cardiff, Edinburgh or home based with a requirement to travel. This role sits within a pay grade with a pay range of £27,694 to £43,642. The salary on appointment will be set at the lower end of the pay range, to a maximum of £30,463 depending on the candidate''s skills and experience. This approach aims to ensure fair compensation for new hires while maintaining alignment with the structured pay scale for the role. Context and purpose of role This role will support the People and Culture team in providing a high-quality people experience for volunteers and employees. This role is far more than just administration. You''ll be a pivotal member of the team, being highly organised, flexible and supporting team members to achieve their objectives, whilst consistently maintaining high levels of customer service to the whole organisation.
