As a key member of the Senior Leadership Group, you will influence organisation-wide decision-making and help create an outstanding employee experience across the charity.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will lead the development and delivery of a modern People and Culture strategy that supports organisational goals, drives positive cultural change and enables colleagues to thrive. This is a highly visible leadership role, combining strategic influence with hands-on responsibility for the day-to-day people function.
