This is a fantastic opportunity to partner closely with managers and employees, playing a key role in delivering a high-quality, commercially focused people service.You''ll take ownership of a defined client group of approximately 100 employees, with a strong focus on employee relations, wellbeing, and manager capability. What You''ll Be Doing Business Partnering andamp; Employee Relations Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and team leads, acting as a key HR partnerProvide expert, commercially focused advice on employee relations matters including:Conduct and disciplinary casesGrievancesCapability and performance management (PIPs) Flexible working and leave requestsCoach and upskill managers to confidently handle people mattersSupport and guide managers through investigations, hearings, and formal processes Policy, Compliance andamp; Best Practice Ensure all HR policies and procedures remain compliant with current legislationKeep up to date with employment law and industry trendsSupport the upkeep of HR documentation and employment contracts in line with legal requirements Wellbeing andamp; Absence Management Manage long-term sickness and occupational health cases, working with internal and external stakeholdersIdentify trends in absence and wellbeing, providing insights and proactive solutionsSupport ..... full job details .....
