Pensions Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pensions Operations Manager to lead a DC Master Trust Member Administration team within a leading pensions organisation. This is a senior operational role requiring extensive Defined Contribution pensions experience, strong people leadership skills and a proven background in pensions administration/operations management. The role: Lead, manage and develop DC pension administration teams Drive service quality, operational performance and efficiency Oversee quality assurance, complaints and complex DC administration Coach and develop managers and their teams Manage performance, recruitment and people-related matters Improve processes, systems and ways of working Support client relationships and stakeholder meetings Contribute to new business, tenders and wider change initiatives What we''re looking for: Extensive DC pensions administration experience Proven operational management experience Strong people management and leadership skills Excellent technical knowledge of DC administration Good understanding of DC scheme governance and compliance Strong client and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of DC Master Trust governance would be beneficial but not essential. APMI is desirable, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered. Interview Process: An assessment day is provisionally scheduled for 3 September.
