Sales Operations Manager Location: Hertfordshire (Office-Based)Contract: Full-Time About the Role An established and growing business is seeking a proactive Sales Support Manager to oversee customer service, sales administration, and logistics activities. This is a varied position requiring excellent organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will act as a key link between customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams, ensuring the smooth flow of information and operations across the business. Key Responsibilities Team Coordination Support and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the internal administration team. Allocate workloads and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Provide guidance and support to colleagues across the business. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Logistics and Operations Coordinate deliveries, collections, and transport arrangements. Liaise with customers, suppliers, couriers, and logistics providers. Monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues, and provide updates where required. Ensure operational records and documentation are accurate and up to date. Proactively identify and address potential delays or service disruptions. Work closely with sales, warehouse, operations, and finance teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
