Payroll Specialist (Swedish Speaking) Location: Remote (Quarterly travel within the UK may be required) Contract: 5 Months (Potential for extension or permanent role) Rate: £30.00 per hour We re seeking a professional Payroll Specialist fluent in Swedish and English to support payroll operations for our Swedish sites. This is a fully remote role, with occasional travel required. You ll be the primary contact for payroll-related queries, so hands-on experience with Swedish payroll and current legislative knowledge are essential. Key Responsibilities: Process payroll for Swedish sites in compliance with local laws and internal controls. Handle queries related to tax, social security, illness, insurance, and audits. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain documentation workflows. Participate in virtual meetings with Swedish stakeholders to resolve payroll issues. Requirements: Professional fluency in Swedish and English. Strong experience in Swedish payroll processing. In-depth knowledge of Swedish payroll legislation.
