Location: Remote (Quarterly travel within the UK may be required)
Contract: 5 Months (Potential for extension or permanent role)
Rate: £30.00 per hour

We’re seeking a professional Payroll Specialist fluent in Swedish and English to support payroll operations for our Swedish sites. This is a fully remote role, with occasional travel required.

You’ll be the primary contact for payroll-related queries, so hands-on experience with Swedish payroll and current legislative knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for Swedish sites in compliance with local laws and internal controls.
• Handle queries related to tax, social security, illness, insurance, and audits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain documentation workflows.
• Participate in virtual meetings with Swedish stakeholders to resolve payroll issues.

Requirements:

• Professional fluency in Swedish and English.
• Strong experience in Swedish payroll processing.
• In-depth knowledge of Swedish payroll legislation.
• Proficiency in SAP Payroll and Microsoft Excel.
