Payroll Specialist Hinckley (Hybrid - 3 days office minimum) £30,000 - £35,000Contract: PermanentThe RoleAn end-to-end payroll role within a medium-large business, supporting the smooth delivery of payroll operations for a sizeable employee population.You''ll work closely with Payroll, HR, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strong payroll controls and data accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll for 500+ employeesMaintain payroll records and timekeeping data accuratelySupport payroll operations across multiple departmentsEnsure payroll deadlines and compliance requirements are metProcess payroll changes including starters, leavers, absences, and salary adjustmentsSupport payroll reconciliations and reportingAssist with BACS processing where requiredRespond to payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholdersMaintain confidentiality and data integrity at all timesThe Ideal CandidateStrong end-to-end payroll experienceExperience processing payroll independently for 500+ employeesBackground within a medium or large business environmentStrong Excel and data analysis skillsExperience with time and attendance systems (Kronos desirable)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitySelf-motivated, reliable, and able to work independentlyInterested?
