This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business environment where accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement are highly valued.5 days onsite - London based£350 - £400pdKey ResponsibilitiesYou will play a critical role in ensuring smooth payroll delivery while also contributing to a key transformation programme, including the migration to Oracle Cloud.Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for France, ensuring all variable elements (bonuses, commissions, overtime, etc.) are accurately processed via the payroll providerAct as the primary liaison with the external payroll vendor, monitoring performance against SLAs and ensuring timely outputsPartner closely with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and process payroll dataInterpret and manage complex French payroll components, including:Benefits in Kind (BIK)RTT (Réduction du Temps de Travail)Stock options and RSUsCollective agreement (Convention Collective) requirementsServe as the first point of contact for employee payroll queries, providing clear guidance on payslips, social charges, and Prélèvement à la Source (PAS)Ensure full compliance with French labour law and social security regulations, including responsibility for DSN submissions and annual declarationsConduct detailed pre- and ..... full job details .....
