Sitting in Compensation Accounting, you''ll take ownership of UK payroll processing, financial controls, and monthly ledger reporting across EMEA entities.You''ll ensure accurate payroll booking into the general ledger, reconcile payroll accounts, and deliver robust variance analysis in line with Sarbanes-Oxley and internal control frameworks.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end UK payroll processing in line with HMRC PAYE rulesDetailed calculation of wages, tax, NI and statutory deductionsMaintain and update payroll data in Oracle FusionReconcile payroll clearance accounts and investigate variancesManage employee payroll queries and liaise with tax authoritiesComplete compensation controls for managerial reviewPartner with Financial Accounting to ensure accurate ledger postingsRequirements:5+ years'' French and UK payroll experience Knowledge of Oracle Fusion payroll or similar Investment/banking/finance experience (preferred)Strong knowledge of HMRC, PAYE, NI and statutory reportingExperience in large, complex organisationsAdvanced Excel and systems skills (PeopleSoft/Web-based systems advantageous)Highly organised, proactive and able to manage heavy monthly deadlinesLondon (onsite) 12 ..... full job details .....
