Payroll Officer

An organisation with a brilliant history and reputation is currently looking to hire a Payroll Officer on a permanent basis.

This is a new created role for the payroll department and will report directly into the Payroll Manager.

As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Processing a start to finish monthly payroll for c1000 employees
• Processing all starters and leavers, any contractual changes, making salary amendments and overtime
• HMRC submissions
• P45s & P60s
• Performing regular payroll checking, payroll reports & payroll reconciliations
• Assisting with year-end activities
• Supporting with internal and external audits
• Working with the Payroll Manager to develop & train a Payroll Administrator

This role is office based.
