Payroll Manager

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a VC backed SaaS firm who are looking to recruit an immediate, interim Payroll Manager for 3 months.Role:Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, interim Payroll Manager to join their finance team on a remote basis. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties: International payroll collation across 4 entities.Circa 200 people on the UK payroll, circa 100 people on payroll split across UK, Ireland, France and GermanyReviewing payroll and submitting to Deel (payroll provider)Internal query resolution internally but also with DeelPayroll journalsProcess improvementPayroll testingCompensation and equity processing: stock options and benefitsProfile:Whilst this is a standalone role, the successful interim Payroll Manager will be have a have at least 5+ years working in a fast paced payroll team where they have been hands on in processing international payroll. This will be a remote role so you must have the ability to work autonomously and be effective with time management and query resolution. Strong systems experience is a must, however if you have experience working with Deel this would hugely advantageous. You must be immediate or on a 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.
