EMEA Payroll Manager (10 month contract / Day rate / Inside IR35) Hammersmith, London (Hybrid)This role WILL go perm for the right personWe welcome candidates that are on 1-2 months notice that are happy to contract before going permanent2 days in the officeUp to £397pd via an umbrella company (£77k equivalent perm)The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across multiple international territories. This is an exciting opportunity to manage payroll for 12-14 countries across the EMEA region, working within a dynamic, fast-paced and globally recognised organisation.You will oversee end-to-end payroll delivery, lead a high-performing team, and play a key role in driving process improvements, compliance, and system enhancements across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Leadership and DeliveryEnsure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple EMEA countriesOversee statutory reporting, audits, and compliance with local regulationsManage payroll vendor performance against SLAs and governance standardsAct as the escalation point for payroll-related issues and ensure swift resolutionMaintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party providersTeam Management and DevelopmentLead, coach and develop a team of 5-6 payroll analystsSupport succession planning and continuous professional developmentFoster a collaborative and high-performance team environmentOperational Excellence and ProjectsDrive payroll ..... full job details .....
