Payroll Manager We''re recruiting for an experienced Payroll Manager to take ownership of payroll across a growing multi-entity business. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to lead payroll operations, drive process improvements, support acquisitions and play a key role in an upcoming payroll system migration. The Role Manage end-to-end payroll across multiple entities and PAYE schemes. Ensure full compliance with HMRC, RTI, pensions and statutory requirements. Lead payroll reconciliations, year-end processes and benefits administration. Support payroll system development and future migration projects. Act as the payroll SME across the business. Manage and develop a small payroll team. Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the group payroll structure. About You Proven experience managing payroll within a multi-entity environment. Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, pensions, RTI, P60s and P11Ds. Experience with payroll systems, process improvements and payroll projects. Confident working with senior stakeholders, HMRC and external providers. Previous team leadership experience.
