Group Payroll Manager Hybrid-Working

This is a superb, newly created role for an experienced Payroll Specialist to own the end to end Payroll process and make it your own. This is initially a 12 month fixed-term role but it could have scope to go on longer for the perfect person. Your key duties will centre on Running end to end Payroll in a multi entity group setting Administration of year-end Payroll activities Administration of benefits Reviewing existing Payroll processes and continually improving within a growing organisation Leading a Payroll Administrator The ideal candidate for this role, will Have substantial end to end Payroll Management experience (ie. not just data inputting) Be comfortable with high-volume and complex Payroll (varying frequencies) Be analytical and have an eye for improving systems and processes Have substantial experience operating as "number 1" in Payroll Be available to start a new role within 1-2 weeks of being offered one In return, the successful candidate shall receive Flexible working hours Free parking on-site 25 days annual leave Up to 3 days home-working per week once settled in If you feel you fit the bill, then please apply ASAP as initial interviews are being run right away!
