What will you do as a Payroll Manager?

• Full ownership of end-to-end UK payroll operations, ensuring accuracy & efficiency
• Oversee management of company pension schemes, employee benefits & statutory payments
• Full compliance with payroll, tax, and PAYE legislation
• Champion improvement by streamlining payroll processes & introducing innovative solutions
• Lead, develop, and mentor the payroll team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Spearhead the selection, implementation, and optimisation of a new Payroll/HR system

What do you need as a Payroll Manager?

• Strong experience managing end-to-end UK payroll
• Experience implementing payroll or HR systems
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs essential)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, changing environment
