About the Role:

As Payroll Manager you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end payroll process for both weekly and monthly paid staff. You''ll work closely with site managers, HR, and Finance to ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time - every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Payroll Professionals
• Process payroll from start to finish for weekly and monthly employees
• Maintain and update employee records in line with compliance standards
• Ensure accurate calculation of pay, deductions, holiday pay, and pensions
• Respond to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with HMRC and other external bodies as required
• Provide payroll reports and analysis to the finance team
• Keep up to date with relevant payroll legislation and company policies

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
• Solid understanding of payroll legislation, RTI, and pension auto-enrolment
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple payrolls across various locations
