Payroll Coordinator

Payroll Coordinator - Part Time 3 days a week / or school hours £32-£35k Pro Rata Location: Hybrid of Wrexham Industrial Estate and Home working to be discussed flexible Purpose of Role: Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing and related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing monthly salaries and additional payments, deductions, other associated adjustments. Process new starters and leavers Calculation and inputting of BIK pay element and standard, or salary sacrifice deductions Administration of Benefit in Kind records (Healthcare, life cover, Private use of company vehicle, EV car scheme, Home and Electronics scheme. Maintain and process Pension data and Wage stream Ensure HR information held on Evalu-8 is up to date for all employees. Input and authorise payroll payments on the bank Administration of HMRC FPS, EPS submissions Other (but not limited to) Annual P11D submission and payment. Annual PSA submission and payment. Annual management of holidays and Salary changes Reporting to Office for National Statistics.
