Payroll Coordinator

Our client, based in Ellesmere Port, is currently recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator on a 3 month temporary contract, which may go longer. This is a hybrid position with travel to the office required 3 days per week. The position is due to start immediately and our client proudly offers a four day working week (34 hours, Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm). The hourly rate for this position is c.£20 - £23 via an umbrella company. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Holding individual responsibility for processing monthly payroll for 350 staff Ensuring timely and accurate payment and responding to any pay related queries Processing starters and leavers as well as statutory pay/deductions Reconciling payroll to ensure conistent accuracy Responding to and resolving pension related queries Supporting with the production of process notes Experience required: Experience with end to end payroll processing, ideally in a standalone setting Experience handling payroll and pension related queries Working hours: 34 hours per week Monday - Thursday, 8am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
