Payroll Coordinator

Position: Group Payroll Co-Ordinator (Permanent) Role Definition Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, this is a permanent position responsible for supporting the coordination and administration of Group payrolls across the UK and Rest of World (ROW) locations. The role requires a high level of confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring compliance and effective communication between Global Mobility Partners, PandC, and outsourced payroll providers. The successful candidate will help ensure payroll processes are delivered efficiently and in accordance with local legislative requirements and company policies. Core Responsibilities and Deliverables Assist with the administration and coordination of UK and ROW payroll processes across multiple countries and jurisdictions. Liaise with outsourced payroll providers to ensure payroll data is submitted accurately and within agreed deadlines. Support payroll compliance activities, ensuring adherence to country-specific payroll legislation, tax regulations and reporting requirements. Review payroll outputs and assist with resolving payroll discrepancies across UK and international payrolls. Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Previous payroll experience is essential, including exposure to UK payroll and Rest of World (ROW) payroll operations across multiple countries.
