This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes across multiple pay frequencies within a busy and supportive environment.The RoleYou will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payrolls, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation while providing excellent support to employees and internal stakeholders. Working closely with the Payroll Manager, you will also contribute to system improvements, process reviews, and ongoing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll across weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and subcontractor payrollsMaintain accurate payroll records in line with HMRC and pension regulationsAdminister statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP, and SAPAct as a first point of contact for payroll queries, providing clear guidance and supportEnsure RTI submissions are completed accurately and within deadlinesSupport payroll reconciliations and reporting requirementsProvide cover across payroll functions as requiredAssist with payroll system improvements, testing, and project workReview and update payroll procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiencyIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflowsAbout YouProven experience in a payroll environment, including end-to-end processingStrong ..... full job details .....
