About the Role
Based in Market Rasen, this permanent Payroll Clerk and Accounts Assistant post sits within a small finance team at a well-established business. Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm, the successful candidate handles weekly and monthly payroll processing, maintains employee records, and resolves timesheet, holiday and sickness queries. Accounts administration and general office support also form part of this varied brief. Applicants should demonstrate proven payroll experience, strong numerical accuracy and confident use of relevant software. Salary ranges from £27,000 to £34,000 annually, dependent on experience. Own transport is essential, as the site is not served by public transport routes.
Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll andamp; Accounts Administrator to join a small and supportive finance team based in Caistor. Salary
- £27,000 - £31,000- experience dependant
Key Responsibilities
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintaining accurate employee payroll records and ensuring information is kept up to date
- Checking and cross-checking timesheets, holidays and sickness related queries
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Processing employee expenses, pension administration and maintaining payroll documentation.
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Assisting with general office administration and finance support duties
What''s on offer
- Previous payroll experience is essential
- Experience within bookkeeping or accounts administration
- Experience using Sage Payroll or Sage Accounts would be advantageous

- Strong understanding of payroll procedures and confidentiality requirements
