Client DetailsWorking for a well established, supportive and friendly organisationDescriptionDuties to include:Processing holiday requestsInput and manage sickness absenceMonthly reports such as employee movements and starters and leaversInputting new starters and leavers on to the payroll systemTimesheet input for both weekly and monthly payrollsReconciliation of payrollsAssist with yearly salary review processProcessing sickness and statutory paymentsWage reconciliations for both weekly and monthly payroll for the Accounts departmentProcess commissions, bonuses, overtime and expenses for both weekly and monthly payrollHousekeeping of payroll documentation and reportsKeeping Standard Operating Procedures up to dateDistribution of pay slipsAssisting Fleet Manager with administration tasksProfileA successful Payroll Assistant should have:Previous experience in a payroll Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.An understanding of relevant payroll legislation and compliance requirements.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Job OfferCompetitive salary between GBP 28,000 and GBP 35,000.A permanent role within a reputable organisation in Alderley Edge.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.If you are ready to take the ..... full job details .....
