Payroll Advisor
We are currently assisting with the recruitment for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join a growing, people-focused leading chartered accountancy. This role sits within a high-performing payroll team that supports a wide range of clients with complex, high-volume, and multi-frequency payrolls. This role will focus on processing the hospitality clients payrolls.Key aspects of the role include:Managing multiple payroll frequencies: weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and annualHandling variable pay elements such as hourly rates, overtime, split shifts, tronc, tips, and service chargesEnsuring compliance with National Minimum Wage rules, including uniforms, deductions, and salary sacrificeOverseeing payroll for zero-hours, casual, seasonal, and agency workersProcessing payroll data from rota and time-and-attendance systemsManaging RTI submissions, statutory payments, and workplace pension auto-enrolmentSupporting multi-site and multi-brand payrolls with differing rules and structuresAdvising clients on holiday pay, Working Time Regulations, and statutory entitlementsEssential experience: Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and auto-enrolment2+ years'' payroll processing experience (ideally bureau/client-facing)Experience managing multiple complex payrollsExcellent accuracy, communication, and organisational skillsConfident in excelAbility to manage a client portfolio effectivelyThey are interviewing immediately, please apply if interested or reach out for further ..... full job details .....
