This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys managing client relationships, taking ownership of their workload, and working within a supportive environment where development is genuinely encouraged.Based in St. Albans, this hybrid position offers the chance to work with a varied portfolio of clients while building your expertise within a highly regarded firm.As a Payroll Advisor, you''ll be responsible for delivering accurate payroll services across a range of client accounts, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring an exceptional level of service.The RoleThe successful Payroll Advisor will take ownership of a portfolio of payroll clients and be responsible for:Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls from start to finishManaging starters, leavers, statutory payments and pension auto-enrolmentSubmitting RTI filings and liaising with HMRC when requiredHandling payroll queries and building strong client relationshipsEnsuring compliance with current payroll legislation and regulationsProcessing high-volume payroll data accurately and efficientlySupporting year-end payroll activities including P60s and reconciliationsWorking with payroll systems such as IRIS Payroll Professional or similar softwareWhat We''re Looking ForAt least 2 years'' payroll experience within a ..... full job details .....
