Payroll Administrator
My client is a well-established accountancy and business advisory firm with a history spanning over 100 years. They offer a supportive environment, excellent benefits and genuine opportunities for career progression.Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator with at least 2 years'' bureau payroll experience looking for your next opportunity?As a Payroll Administrator, you will manage a portfolio of client payrolls across a range of sectors, ensuring accurate and timely processing while providing a high level of client service.Responsibilities:• Processing weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly and monthly client payrolls.• Processing starters, leavers, salary changes and payroll adjustments.• Producing payslips, P45s and payroll reports.• Reconciling HMRC accounts and dealing with HMRC queries.• Managing Auto-Enrolment processes and pension submissions.• Dealing with client queries and requesting payroll information.• Maintaining accurate payroll records and meeting deadlines.• Managing multiple client payrolls across a varied portfolio.Requirements:• Minimum 2 years'' payroll bureau experience.• Strong knowledge of PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP and SPP.• Knowledge of Auto-Enrolment and pension processes.• Experience managing multiple client payrolls.• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.• Confident communicating with clients.• Good IT skills, including Excel and payroll software.Benefits:• Competitive salary• Hybrid working• 23 days holiday + bank holidays• Option to ..... full job details .....
