The role offers significant exposure across the UK and international operations, with scope to shape future reward initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the organisation''s global approach to pay and benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee employee benefits programmes, pension arrangements and provider relationships.Lead annual benefit reviews, renewals and benchmarking exercises.Support reward programmes including compensation reviews, incentive plans and pay governance.Analyse reward and workforce data to provide insight and support strategic decision-making.Manage relationships with outsourced payroll providers and external partners.Drive payroll transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives.Partner with stakeholders across ..... full job details .....
