This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong benefits expertise with broader reward experience and enjoys operating in a dynamic environment with multiple legal entities, diverse employee populations and varying benefit structures.About the roleAs Benefits and Reward Manager, you will play a key role in designing, delivering and continuously improving our benefits and reward offering across the UK and Ireland. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, People Analytics, senior stakeholders and external providers to ensure our programmes support employee engagement, attraction and retention while delivering commercial value to the business.This role goes beyond annual benefits enrolment.
