Pay & Reward Partner
Ready to take ownership of reward, benefits and pay governance across an international business?
We''re partnering with a globally recognised organisation to appoint a Pay & Reward Manager responsible for reward, benefits and payroll governance across the UK and international markets. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, people-focused business where you''ll have the autonomy to drive improvements, influence strategy and help create a more consistent approach to pay and benefits across multiple territories.
Working closely with HR, Finance and business leaders, you''ll play a key role in enhancing reward and benefits offerings, strengthening governance and using data-driven insights to support business decisions. The role offers significant exposure across the UK and international operations, with scope to shape future reward initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the organisation''s global approach to pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee benefits programmes, pension arrangements and provider relationships.
- Lead annual benefit reviews, renewals and benchmarking exercises.
- Support reward programmes including compensation reviews, incentive plans and pay governance.
- Analyse reward and workforce data to provide insight and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage relationships with outsourced payroll providers and external partners.
- Drive payroll transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders across Europe and wider international markets to increase visibility and consistency across payroll and reward practices.
- Strengthen controls, compliance and risk management frameworks across payroll and benefits.
About You
We''re keen to speak with curious and ambitious professionals who bring a blend of reward, benefits and payroll expertise. You''ll have:
- Experience within reward, payroll, compensation and/or benefits.
- Experience managing outsourced payroll providers and external vendors.
- Strong pensions and employee benefits knowledge.
- Exposure to multi-country or international environments.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience or exposure to process improvement, systems or transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- The ability to balance employee experience, governance and commercial priorities.
Why Apply?
This is a rare opportunity to take on a broad remit spanning reward, benefits, compensation and pay governance within a complex international environment. The role offers genuine visibility with senior stakeholders and the chance to influence future reward and benefits strategy, rather than simply maintaining existing programmes. For someone looking to broaden their international exposure and develop towards a more strategic global reward role, this role offers an excellent platform for growth.
