Patient Services Manager Location: Leicester City Centre (Free Parking Available) Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per year Hours: 37.5 hours per week Department: Administration Leadership TeamAbout the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Patient Services Manager to oversee the reception and administration function of the organisation. This is a leadership role responsible for managing a team, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the administration team. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and maintain effective systems, support staff, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors and customers. Key Responsibilities Staff Management Line manage the administration/reception team, supporting productivity and developmentConduct regular supervisions, appraisals, and management meetingsOversee the induction process for new staff, ensuring all milestones are metMotivate, support, and lead staff, modelling organisational valuesEnsure staff are trained and aware of policies relevant to their rolesMonitor workload and allocate tasks effectively, resolving issues as they ariseManage team rotas, leave requests, and staffing cover to ensure smooth operationsParticipate in recruitment and retention of staff as required Operational Delivery Ensure timely and professional handling of all telephone and visitor enquiriesManage phone systems, answering procedures, and messagesSupport teams by providing resources and ..... full job details .....
