We are seeking a highly organised Patient Safety Team Administrator and proactive to join our Patient Safety Team and Quality Governance support team. You will act as the central point of contact for scheduling, ensure accurate minute-taking and record-keeping, and support continuous improvement by auditing and reporting on patient safety team activity. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to patient safety, quality of care, and clinical collaboration.Main duties of the job
Assist with all patient safety administration activities including updating policies to ensure all systems and processes are up to date.Review current processes and initiate new systems.To monitor the teams training schedule and other relevant compliance standards.To support all patient safety and governance operations including but not limited to maintaining a schedule of meetings and the timely production of reports and papers for meetings, including Patient safety and quality meeting, MAC, CCLIPP, Safety team meetings, etc., taking responsibility for managing agendas and minutes where required.Supporting the Head of Patient Experience with administration of complaints and ensuring these are managed within appropriate timeframes.About us

Ensure all data is held under GDPR regulations and regularly monitored, streamlining and keeping donors information up to date.Assist in managing the quality dashboard and support the processes for managing KPI data.Provide administrative support relating to notifications to regulators, ensuring these are being processed within required timeframes.Support and deputise for the MDT coordinator to ensure all MDT meetings are managed appropriately.Coordinate projects keeping track of timeframes and expenditures as well as liaising with key stakeholders.Facilitate smooth deliverable tasks with accurate details within agreed timescales.To be able to work within a broad range of administration duties in partnership with others or working alone on a specific task.Person Specification
