The clinic provides a comprehensive range of fertility and reproductive health services within a highly supportive, patient-centred environment. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join their Patient Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior fertility clinic experience who is passionate about supporting patients through what can often be a complex and emotional treatment journey. The Role As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in guiding fertility patients through their treatment pathway from initial enquiry through to treatment coordination. You will act as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless, compassionate, and efficient experience while liaising closely with clinicians, nurses, embryologists, and operational teams. The successful candidate will be highly organised, patient-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
