Your new role As a Pastoral Support Officer, you will support the effective pastoral provision across a year group and wider school community, with a particular focus on behaviour, attendance, punctuality, safeguarding and student wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting behaviour management and maintaining high standards across the school. Managing the Reflection Room and mentoring students to improve behaviour and engagement. Arranging and supervising after-school detentions and monitoring attendance at behavioural interventions. Assisting with attendance and punctuality monitoring and implementing appropriate interventions.
