This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children''s emotional wellbeing, behaviour, engagement and overall development. The school is committed to providing an inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and able to succeed. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who may require additional pastoral, emotional or behavioural support, helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop the confidence, resilience and skills needed to engage positively with school life. This is a full-time position requiring availability five days per week, and previous experience working as a Pastoral Support Worker, Learning Mentor, Behaviour Mentor or in a similar school-based role would be highly desirable. Candidate Requirements The ideal Pastoral Support / Learning Mentor will: Hold a Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification or above, or a Level 2 Childcare qualification or above.
