The successful Pastoral Support Manager will work alongside Progress Leaders to support the strategic direction of the year group, provide guidance around students'' learning, emotional and social wellbeing, health and safety and personal development, and work proactively with vulnerable students.The successful Pastoral Support Manager will have: A minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grades 4-9, or equivalentAn understanding of the National Curriculum, particularly core subject areasA proven record of raising standards and pupil achievementExperience supporting the social, emotional and educational development of studentsThe ..... full job details .....
