£23,395.73 + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefitsPermanent, Full Time37 hours per week, 41 weeks per yearMay 2026 Start As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the welfare, behaviour and attendance of our students. Working closely with the Head of Year and pastoral team, you will provide day to day support for students, families and staff, helping to remove barriers to learning and ensuring students feel safe, supported and ready to succeed.You will take a proactive approach to attendance, supporting non-attending students through planned return programmes where necessary. You will respond to student drop in concerns, provide restorative conversations, liaise with external agencies and contribute to maintain accurate pastoral records.
